Mango Salsa
Mango salsa is sweet, tangy, and so vibrant. It pairs perfectly with fish tacos or simply served alongside tortilla chips.

- 2 mango peeled and diced
- 1 medium tomato diced
- ½ cup red onion minced
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- ⅓ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 jalapeño minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼ teaspoon salt plus more as needed
In a bowl, combine and mix all ingredients with a large spoon. Season with more salt, if needed.
Serve with chips or enjoy on tacos!
- You want to use slightly firm, but ripe mango for the best flavor and texture. Overripe mango will turn into mush in the salsa. Under ripe mango won't produce the sweet flavor you are looking for.
- You can control how much spiciness you want to add to the salsa by removing the seeds of the jalapeño pepper for less heat. Leave out the jalapeño pepper if you don’t want any heat.
