Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix pepitas, salt, and olive oil. Stir to coat evenly.
Transfer pepitas to lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes to cook evenly.
Let pepitas cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
